Description:
This course is designed for students who are experienced in networking, although not necessarily experienced in using Novell products. They should have completed CompTIA's A+ and Network+ certifications, or should possess equivalent knowledge. Alternatively, they should have taken the Novell course 3003 on Fundamentals of Networking, should be familiar with network hardware, and have a conceptual knowledge of the Open Systems Interconnection (OSI) model, topologies, and various protocols. In addition, they must be aware of the steps involved in implementing NetWare 6 and know about its eDirectory and printing features.

Objectives:
  • In this course, you will manage the storage space, security, and email features of NetWare 6 and implement Internet services using Novell products.
